Tullamore dew is fruity and biscuit-y on the nose, with caramel sweetness and plenty of peels. On the palate, it is full-bodied with notes of sherried peels and spice, granary toast with butter and honey, grains and vanilla cream. It has a long finish with notes of caramel and toffee.
